WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. Custom orders will on average take 3-4days. After your order is placed, within hours we will print the canvas and start building it.  Once your order has been printed it cannot be cancelled.  When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us at support@myideasportscanvas.com If your order hasn't shipped within the timeframe listed above, please reach out to us! We'll resolve it asap.

After you order ships it normally takes 5-10 business days to arrive for US customers. International customers, please allow 7-21 days for shipping.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You should receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you have questions on your order status please email us at support@myideasportscanvas.com

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your canvas arrives damaged just send us a picture to myideasportscanvas@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund.

Product not as described: If you receive the product and it does not match the description/image from our site we will exchange it for a different item or give you a full refund. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the way the image is lined up on the final product.  

Lost in transit: If your product is lost in transit and you GAVE US THE CORRECT ADDRESS then we will re-ship the product to you.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are FINAL! Depending on how busy we are your canvas will literally be printed, built and packaged within a few hours of you placing the order.  Although your package may not get picked up by our shippers for 24-48 hours, we've already paid for shipping. 

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS or FedEx.

 

ARE THERE DUTIES FOR US ORDERS?

No there are no additional duties. For international orders, depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay fees!

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Sezzle.
