Shipping Policy


We opt for economy shipping to achieve the lowest shipping rates to enable free worldwide shipping. You can expect your order within 7-10 business days. We also now provide expedited delivery options (5-7 business days). This option shall be visible to you at the time of checkout.


  • On average processing takes 1-3 business days. These products are made to order and are high quality, so it takes time to ensure perfection!
  • Custom products take 2-5 days to process.
  • Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends. 
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  
  • If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • We update tracking information within 1-3 days after the product is shipped.
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 


  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Lost Package? 

    • If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can help resolve the matter!
    • If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at

    Stolen Packages

    • Unfortunately, we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them. We do not offer refund for stolen items.
    More Information: 
    • For International orders please allow some extra time since orders may get held up in customs, these instances being out of our control with no fault of ours or the shipping company. This time varies according to each individual country's government. Any custom charges or fees have to be borne by the customer. Most countries will not charge customs but we cannot guarantee that as laws are different for different countries.
    • We DO NOT accept refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!

    Lost Product: 

    Very rarely, products get lost in transit! If you do not receive any updates for over 15 business days, Please REACH OUT to us. We'll send a replacement order again to you. Reach us at
