I ordered the 20x30 size with a floating frame. It shipped from India. It arrived within 5 business days and was packaged well but was still damaged. There is a large hole in the board that backs the canvas. There isnโt a hole in the canvas, but the canvas is stretched in that area.
I was disappointed by the low resolution of the picture. It is a little blurry, but looks fine from a distance.
Iโm not impressed with the quality of the frame. The frame was pretty roughed up at the corners when it arrived, but I was able to use a black sharpie marker to cover up most of the scratches.
The packaging also smelt like manure. When I opened the box, the smell was very gross.
This company was great to deal with. Awesome products, fast shipping, and excellent communication.
The canvas showed up bowed and did not sit flush on the wall. There was a hole in the back and it was also dirty. The corners of the canvas did not meet completely and held it unstable. It said it was handmade, but no one signed the sticker. I shouldโve just bought it from the mall.
Canvas photo was great. The backing was broke. I had to tape it up to make it work
Received the print and it looks great however the screws that were provided were incorrect and we can't hang it properly without going to the hardware store.
Overall print quality ok, but pixelation evident. Expected a crisper, cleaner image. Inside the frame, there are imperfections in the plexiglass which are evident in the light and show through. We thought it was external and attempted to clean up with Windex, but it did not help. The issue is apparent on the inside of the frame. Because the image is sealed within the frame, we could not access to clean inside of frame plexiglass. For the price paid, we are slightly disappointed in this product.

I like the picture and it came timely but I have a small crack on the front. Small enough not to go through the hassle of returning, but annoying enough to give a low review
Gift for my daughter! LeBron James is her all time favorite, I'm sure she's gonna love it! The packaging was great, to insure that it would not be broken/damaged. Will review again after my daughter gets it!!!

The first shipment had a crack in the corner of the plexiglass, but after a few emails explaining the situation I was sent out a replacement which looks great! Thank you!
